South Asia Terrorist Portal is good as regards concealing the crimes committed by the covert bodies of the Indian state;however, some of the dailies unlike Telegraph in India had never hesitated to reveal the hidden crimes.These dailies abet the heinous crimes bu covering up.

Indian intelligence knew in advance that Sikhs after Golden temple episode would take Indira's life very soon,PLO cautioned Indian intelliegence that Rajiv would be killed,RAW knew accurately that Mujibur Rahman would be assasinated and they allowed events to happen in their own course.However, in the north east,their activities are simply horrible and break the nerves.Out of 1000 printed pages of the storyline, the author would choose a modest test case[ just a tip of the iceberg].

Sub: Involvement of RAW in BODO Agitation.

1.In our first introductory letter we had stated that we would expose the anti-national acts of RAW against its own country and particularly expose involvement of RAW in the BODO Agitation.

2.In the Sunday Observer dated August 6,1989 an artcile alleging involvement of RAW in aiding and abetting BODO Agitation has been published.

3...your honour may not be aware of these facts and Mr.AK Verma,Secretary [RAW] is doing all possible things...

5...Secretary[RAW} has earmarked Rs.3 crores from the secret service fund for operation Jhum Jhum which is the codename of operation connected with BODO AGITATION.

7...He[ read B.Swaminathan,principal director ARC] also visited the SSB and SFF Battalions based in Arunachal Pradesh and took about 20 selected commandos of the SFF with him...The very next day, some of these commandos along with some Bodo militants were involved in looting buses near Tezpur in order to create panic amongst the Assamese.During the next few days some bombs exploded in different parts of Assam.

8.RAW has been providing BODOS small arms.These arms were initially supplied by RAW and GNLF[ read RAW's creation]...ARC planes and helicopters had been making regular sorties in Assam to supply arms to BODOS through their channels[ now also,it possibly supplies arms to nearly 90% of terorist bodies].Bodos were instructed not to use these arms against non-aSSAMESE AND CENTRAL FORCES LIKE CRPF,BSF, BUT ONLY AGAINST THE ASSAMESE AND ASSAM POLICE.[ NOTE- same policy is followed ten time more vigorously with unlimited fund in 7 NE states]

9.RAW had briefed BODO leaders to disrupt goods train mainly through their RAIL ROKO AGITATION with a view to damage Assam's economy.

11. BODO militants are airlifted to various parts of Assam and also sent to New Delh for briefing/consultations of operations.[ note it is more vigorously done in 7 states so that every community kill each other to save india].

ii] A commission headed by a Supreme Court judge be apponted to look into charges of involvement of RAW..
